Centennial Yards invites proposals from Atlanta-based full-service marketing agencies to spearhead the marketing initiatives for the dynamic Entertainment District. Centennial Yards is transforming 50 acres of underutilized property in Downtown Atlanta into a vibrant sports and entertainment hub that seamlessly integrates retail, office, hospitality, and residential spaces.
The selected agency will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s presence and engagement within the community. Responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive range of marketing activities, including but not limited to:

This project will demise and provide basic utility pathways, connections, and infrastructure as required to support leasing efforts. The approximate 16,900 sf of available space will be demised into 4 discrete retail suites and one extension from an existing tenant space into a conversion of the leasing office lounge into a support kitchen for that tenant. Scopes of work will include Lead Based Paint Re-abatement; Glazing; Civil; HVAC; Plumbing; Electrical; Fire Protection and Fire Alarm; Interiors; Project Management; Construction Oversight; Site Logistics and Material Storage.
