Please accept this GMP level invitation to bid on the Centennial Yards E1 Hotel and E2 Residential high rise tower projects. This is the final round of pricing for all trades and we intend to award off of this pricing in the following weeks/months.
The two towers share a parking deck, but are viewed as individual projects. Please submit pricing for the two drawing sets separately. Yes, the RFQ process and solicitation phase will begin by Q2 2020 followed by the solicitation phase for RFP’s. Outreach and notification will be made when RFP’s are released and will be posted on CentennialYards.com.
