Hotel Phoenix, the first hotel under the newly developed Centennial Yards, will open its doors on December 1st, 2025, making it the first hotel to open in Downtown Atlanta. This is part of the more than 5 billion dollars development called Centennial Yards. This development takes underutilized 50 acres of land and builds it into a luxurious multi use development. This new Hotel Phoenix will increase tourism in the area due to the fact that it will be the only upscale hotel in the area and will be directly located to attractions like the Mercedes Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena.

The Centennial Yards redevelopment is projected to be more then 8 million square feet for both residential and commercial. This area will now also have the luxury of an upscale hotel, and will also include entertainment venues, retail space, and housing. This makes it an irreplaceable attraction for attractions in the area. Hotel Phoenix will be one of the first completed mis buildings in the development and will be a primary attractant for tourism in the area.
