Centennial Yards Company

Centennial Yards Company (CYC) was created by CIM Group to act as the owner and master developer of a 50-acre site that will stitch together Downtown Atlanta so that it can achieve its full potential as a global destination. CYC is focused on delivering a master plan that will accelerate the vertical development of eight million square feet of residential, entertainment, retail, office, and other world-class commercial space.

In its capacity as master developer, CYC is responsible for master-planning parcels and infrastructure, promoting and building awareness with tenants, developers and Atlantans, monetizing public incentives, and curating the entertainment district.

CIM Group is a fully-integrated, real assets owner/operator that partnered with the Atlanta Hawks to create CYC and will use its resources to provide support services, including investments, accounting, finance, legal, human resources, property management, leasing, investor relations, and development. CIM Group’s world-class development team, as a strategic partner to CYC, has begun construction on various early-start parcels in order to accelerate the overall vision of the master plan.
